If a Manager has forgotten their password, when they try to sign in to their account, they will receive an email with a new password. Should they wish to change the password to something more memorable this can only be done by the Admin person.

The Admin person should go to the Managers page and click on the ‘pencil’ icon next to the Manager’s name, then enter the new password under the Account Settings section and press the ‘Update’ button at the bottom of the screen.
